At the Galway Science & Technology Festival 2024, the Galway Sound Lab hosted an interactive zone for school students, introducing the fundamentals of sound through fun, hands-on activities. Using simple tricks, toys, and everyday objects, our team demonstrated how vibrations create sound, how pitch and volume work, and how sound travels through different materials. These engaging demonstrations not only sparked curiosity but also encouraged young learners to see science in their daily surroundings through a fresh, sonic lens.
