What’s a Soundwalk?

A Soundwalk is a guided walk where we listen to the subtle rhythms that make the Burren so distinctive. By volunteering, you will help us better understand how people experience the soundscape of this internationally significant place, supporting future conservation, planning, and sustainable tourism initiatives.

How can you join?

No special skills are required - just curiosity and an hour of your time.

Your participation will directly contribute to research that values both community insight and visitor experience. Walk, listen, and help give the Burren a voice.

The soundwalks are free but places are limited!
